Attached is a picture of my crew of the 397 Group, 596 squadron headed by (L-R) Bill Newdome (2nd Lt.), pilot and Len Young (Flt Off), co-pilot, Jerry Vath (2nd Lt.) bombardier-navigator; Charles Eldridge, Pvt. Flt. Engr.; George Roemlein (Cpl.), radio operator; and Orvel Sherrill, Cpl., armorer. The picture was taken at Lake Charles, LA during training.  We were shipped out 14-Mar-1945, so the picture was taken before then.
